Welcome

Taking a step toward change of any kind takes courage. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that are beyond what we think we can handle on our own. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeless, out of control, and just plain angry and irritated with yourself or with everything and everyone can be isolating and exhausting. You are not alone, and you are worth investing in your healing and personal growth so that you can thrive within your relationships with others and the relationship you have with yourself.

Areas of Specialty & Approach

“When your mind moves faster than your emotions can keep up, it can feel overwhelming. Healing is learning how to pause, regulate, and respond in ways that align with who you want to be.”

I specialize in adult ADHD therapy, helping individuals better understand how ADHD affects their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to build practical tools so you can feel more in control, less overwhelmed, and more aligned with the life you want to create.

In addition to ADHD, I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and PTSD, as well as challenges with relationships, life transitions, and self-worth.

My approach is warm, humanistic, and goal-oriented, creating a space where you feel understood—not judged. We begin by building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and respect, because real progress starts with feeling safe and supported.

From there, we’ll identify your goals and develop skills that help you:

  • Improve emotional regulation and reduce reactivity
  • Build distress tolerance during overwhelming moments
  • Strengthen focus, follow-through, and daily structure
  • Navigate relationships and communication more effectively
  • Increase self-awareness, confidence, and self-compassion

Rather than trying to “fix” you, our work will focus on understanding your brain, working with your strengths, and creating systems that actually fit your life.
